ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a part-time role as Medical Director based in Toronto, ON. The Medical Director will provide medical governance specifically for Well Played’s IV Lounge. Responsibilities include establishing and approving clinical protocols, medical directives, and safety guidelines related to IV therapy services. The Medical Director will ensure all IV treatments align with evidence-based standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
The role includes oversight of clinical compliance, review of treatment offerings, and availability for consultation as required. This position does not involve day-to-day operations or general wellness programming, but focuses solely on clinical governance and protocol oversight for IV services.
Qualifications
- Professional expertise and background in Medicine, specifically in areas such as infusion therapy
- Proven experience in collaborating and working closely with Physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Strong commitment to promoting holistic health and wellness practices.
- M.D. degree or equivalent with a valid license to practice medicine in Ontario.
- Previous experience in wellness or integrative health settings is a plus.
