Mechanic / Shop Technician
North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) Cloverdale, BC


NWPM is hiring a full-time Mechanic / Shop Technician to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks, trailers, small engines, and landscaping equipment. This is a key role that supports both our Construction and Maintenance divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, skid steers, small engines, and landscaping equipment
  
  
• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
  
  
• Track parts, inventory, and repair records
  
  
• Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe
  
  
• Support field teams with quick turnaround on repairs
  
  
• Occasionally assist with welding/fabrication tasks (asset, not required)
  
  

Requirements

• Valid drivers license (required)
  
  
• Experience with automotive, diesel, or small-engine repair
  
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
  
  
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused
  
  
• Welding or fabrication experience is an asset
  
  
• Fleet or landscaping equipment experience is an asset but not required
