Job Description
DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated team member to support our Value‑Added assembly operations and warehouse functions. In this role, you'll assemble custom rail products, operate marking equipment, and handle daily warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, and shipping while ensuring accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, a valid forklift license, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and basic computer skills are required.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Value Added
- To be able to effectively read the rail assembly layouts
- Cutting custom length rails, using the rail cutter
- Producing Rail Assemblies, kits and other Value-Added offerings
- Produce customer marker orders and for assemblies using CMS-Mark Win and CLIP Project advanced marking
- Using all Phoenix Contact marking devices located in the Assembly area
- Following the Inspection Instruction forms upon completion of all orders
Warehouse Operative
- Inbound receipts, picking of orders, and outbound release and shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in all areas of the warehouse during all inventory movement transactions.
- Review, analyze, and understand inventory movement documents.
- Take corrective actions and process corrections to maintain a high-quality inventory accuracy in every slot and/or stock area of the warehouse.
- Any other duties or functions as assigned by the Assembly Supervisor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Previous warehouse experience
- High School Diploma
- Must be a licensed forklift driver
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must have a high record of quality when performing activities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Detail oriented, efficient, and well organized
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
