Agri-Neo’s mission is to help safely feed the world. Our vision to accomplish this is to set new food safety standards with our treatments for many foods. Our first product line is Neo-Pure, which leverages our proprietary technology of liquid formulas and systems that apply our solutions onto spices, seeds, and nuts in food processing facilities. These solutions control pathogens such as Salmonella and E. coli to ensure the food is safe to eat and to prevent recalls. We have several customers throughout North America, Latin America, and Asia, including large mainstream food processors that treat food continuously at high throughputs. We are scaling up our products at more mainstream customer sites to ensure that we set new food safety standards to help safely feed the world.


We are seeking a highly motivated professional to enhance our marketing activities, driving Agri-Neo’s brand awareness and adoption of our products across various food industries. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator and a strategic thinker who understands our markets and customer segments to develop effective value propositions. The successful candidate will also have significant experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, and event management. Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities (disruptive technology, new markets) and competitive landscapes. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product positioning and messaging.

Business Planning

  • Support the leadership team in the development of the product roadmap and long-term business plan. Continuously monitor the key metrics to ensure smooth execution. Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, trends, and recommendations to the leadership team on a regular basis.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Develop go-to-market strategies (own product and customer joint marketing) and build tactical plans for new and existing markets. Work closely with account managers and customers to plan and execute partnership launches, training, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Brand Development

  • Execute the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels, including copywriting for the website, social media, and email marketing. Lead end-to-end creative strategy, including content development. Ensure that Agri-Neo’s branding is consistent across all online and offline platforms

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee design, management, and optimization of website and social media channels, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience. Continuously monitor website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user behaviour to drive improvements.

Sales Enablement

  • Champion development and production of sales & marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, case studies, data sheets, and presentations to help the sales team close more deals. Manage external agencies to develop marketing assets, implement new features, and design changes to marketing collateral. Participate in lead generation activities by utilizing market insights and industry databases.

Events and Trade Shows

  • Strategically plan and execute events, including logistics and arrangements, while participating in selected tradeshows and conferences. These endeavors should primarily focus on driving awareness of Agri-Neo’s technology and amplifying lead generation.

Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and finance, to streamline the management of our marketing activities and budget. Oversee the end-to-end marketing process and establish plans for improving ROI.


  • University or college degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in product commercialization or brand marketing, preferably in B2B environments.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with website management platforms and digital marketing tools (WordPress, Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to customer sites and industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid passport to travel to the U.S. and Internationally.
