Position Summary:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing, instore marketing, trade shows, event management, and digital marketing. This role requires someone with exceptional design skills, a passion for creating impactful in-store branding, and a strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms.
Job Roles & Responsibilities: Designing:· Utilize your expertise in design software to create visually appealing and innovative packaging, point-of-sale (POS) materials, in-store branding artworks, and other promotional materials.· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our products’ value proposition. Instore Marketing:· Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.· Collaborate with printers and branding agencies to ensure the successful execution of store branding projects.· Create eye-catching displays and signage that attract and inform customers about our products, promotions, and offers. Social Media and Digital Marketing: · Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.· Manage both organic and paid social media posts to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.· Leverage solid influencer marketing experience to identify, collaborate with, and manage partnerships with relevant influencers to amplify our brand message.· Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement. Trade Shows and Event Management:· Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows and promotional events to showcase our products and brand.· Manage all aspects of event logistics, including booth setup, materials, staffing, and post-event follow-up.
New Product Development (NPD): · Assist the manager in the new product development process.· Contribute creative ideas for new product concepts and enhancements.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market successfully.· Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and attractive packaging for new products.· Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely procurement of packaging required for new product launches.· Conduct sales analysis to assess the performance of newly launched products, gather insights, and recommend adjustments. Skills & Experience: Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.- 1-3 Years of Proven experience in designing using software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Demonstrated ability to create captivating visual content and design materials that align with brand identity.- Strong understanding of instore marketing techniques and the ability to translate them into effective strategies.- Previous experience in planning and executing trade shows, exhibitions, and events is highly desirable.- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Highly organized with strong project management abilities.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Valid driver’s license & Possession of own Vehicle Perks:- Competitive and well-rounded compensation package – Extended health care, including dental and vision care (No deduction from employee)- Casual Dress- Paid time off- Birthday Leave- Flex Hours – Discount and free foodInterview Process:It is a three-step interview process and shall be conducted virtual/in-person at the corporate head office.
