**Role Description
Title: Marketing Manager – Growth, Content & Revenue Systems**
This is a hybrid contract role based in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work.
The Marketing Manager will act as the end-to-end marketing leader, directly supporting the CEO and Sales Partners in driving brand growth, lead generation, partner enablement, and revenue expansion.
This role goes beyond traditional marketing execution. It includes building content engines, designing systems, launching campaigns, supporting sales conversion, and continuously optimizing performance through data.
You will be responsible for creating a structured marketing ecosystem that supports the entire customer journey — from awareness to deal closure to partner growth.

Core Responsibilities
- CEO Marketing Support**
• Translate CEO vision into clear marketing strategies and campaigns
• Develop positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
• Create thought leadership content (LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, presentations)
• Build personal brand strategy for the CEO
• Prepare marketing assets for conferences, partnerships, and key meetings
**2. Sales Partner Enablement
• Create sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch
materials
• Develop industry-specific campaigns and messaging
• Build email sequences and follow-up systems for partners
• Create partner marketing kits and co-branded materials
• Design outbound and inbound systems to support Business Development
3. Content & Media Engine
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar
• Oversee production of:
• LinkedIn content
• Email newsletters
• Video scripts and short-form content
• Landing pages
• Website copy
• Sales collateral
• Coordinate with design, video, and operations team members
• Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel assets
4. Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Design and launch full-funnel campaigns
• Develop lead generation strategies (organic + paid if needed)
• Optimize digital presence (website, SEO basics, social channels)
• Build email automation flows and CRM marketing sequences
• Create industry-specific vertical campaigns
5. Systems & Automation
• Build scalable marketing systems
• Implement CRM and marketing automation workflows
• Design lead tracking and reporting dashboards
• Create SOPs for repeatable marketing execution
• Use AI tools to increase marketing efficiency
6. Analytics & Optimization
• Track KPIs across content, campaigns, and sales pipeline
• Analyze conversion rates and cost-per-lead
• Provide monthly performance reports to CEO
• Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data
Qualifications
• 3–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
• Strong experience in B2B marketing
• Proven ability to build and execute full marketing funnels
• Experience supporting sales teams with revenue-focused marketing
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Comfortable working directly with leadership
• Experience in telecom, SaaS, VoIP, or technology industries is a strong asset
