Job Description

Galore is a Toronto-based premium apparel brand focused on high-end clothing essentials, selling internationally through both direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. As a fast-growing global e-commerce business, our team works closely across business operations, sales, logistics, marketing, and supply chain to build and scale a modern consumer brand.


Position Summary


This is not a traditional co-op role. During your 4-month work term, you’ll work directly with the founder and marketing leadership, gaining hands-on experience in how a real, high-growth e-commerce brand plans, executes, and scales marketing campaigns. You’ll be involved in real campaigns, real budgets, and real performance metrics that directly impact revenue and brand growth. You won’t be doing busywork. You’ll be contributing. Based on performance during the term, top-performing students may be invited to apply and interview for a full-time role upon graduation. We are a small, fast-moving team and actively hire strong co-op students who demonstrate initiative, ownership, and results. This is a rare opportunity to finish your degree with real operational experience — and potentially a full-time offer in hand.


Job Responsibilities


Campaign Planning & Management



  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Help develop campaign concepts, creative directions, and promotional themes

  • Support campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and launch coordination

  • Assist with planning content calendars and marketing initiatives for upcoming months


Content & Creative Execution



  • Create and assist with content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

  • Create and assist with promotional assets including ads, graphics, and campaign visuals

  • Create and edit short-form video content and ads for paid and organic channels

  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, collaborations, and brand storytelling

  • Assist with influencer outreach, gifting campaigns, and giveaway management

  • Coordinate influencer content deliverables and campaign tracking

  • Support planning and execution of brand collaborations and partnerships


Performance Marketing & Analytics



  • Monitor and report on marketing performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

  • Assist in tracking ad performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, and Pinterest

  • Help adjust and optimize campaigns based on performance insights and results


Experience & Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in a university co-op program in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro

  • Experience creating short-form content (Reels / TikToks) for brands or influencers

  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, and e-commerce

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage priorities with limited supervision


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous co-op, internship, or part-time experience in marketing or content creation (ideal third-year co-op student)

  • Coursework in marketing, digital media, branding, or advertising

  • Experience managing or contributing to brand social media accounts

  • Personal experience with short-form content creation Tiktok/Reels

  • Interest in fashion, apparel, or consumer brands
