Marketing Specialist (On-Site)

Toronto, ON

Are you a creative marketer who knows how to turn campaigns into real leads...and can teach others to do the same?

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of all things lead generation: building and executing campaigns, writing great copy, analyzing performance, and coaching others to master the process.


This is a hands-on, results-driven marketing role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership. You’ll help shape the company’s marketing initiatives while training our members to become better marketers themselves.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Write and edit compelling ad and campaign copy that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coach and mentor team members on best practices for generating leads and nurturing prospects.
  • Work closely with management and design teams to align messaging and creative.
  • Explore new tools, trends, and channels to keep our marketing fresh and effective.


Who You Are:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or growth strategy, with proven success in driving results.
  • Strong copywriting and content-creation skills for ads, email, and social campaigns.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys teaching, presenting, and motivating others.
  • Analytical thinker who understands funnels, targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working on-site full-time in a fast-paced team environment.


What We Offer:
