Job Description
Medical Spa with a variety of services looking for an inhouse marketing/sales person with a great experience and knowledge in social media in general ; Facebook , LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and all other social media platform.
Ability to work independently with strong leadership personality.
Job Details:
- Developing marketing strategies for medical spa services.
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.
- Leading and training.
- social media paid ads to generate leads
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
- Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales.
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas.
- Be able to hit the KPI monthly and yearly.
- Be able to set weekly or monthly promotions to catch up with the KPI.
- Communicate and follow-up on leads
- Good events planning skills to help the company grow it's clienteles.
- Travel locally to meet with businesses and community members, and attend events and meetings.
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Ability to create a reward system for clients e.g.: reward points.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to our place.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Requirements:
- Spa management experience
- 3+ years of successful spa marketing/sales experience.
- Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments including advanced aesthetics, RF, Botox, Dermal fillers etc. is an asset.
- Effective and proven leadership and training skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Efficient, well organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously.
- Creative in marketing and promotions and sales oriented.
- Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
- Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
