Required Skills:
• Manhattan Active WMS implementation & Support.
• PL/SQL expertise, Cloud Basic Understanding.
• Hands on with SSRS or IBM Cognos reporting tool.
• MAWM Mods and Customization experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To understand and analyze business requirements, Issues and changes to existing functionalities, Build test case and hands on into the system independently.
• Maintain and support the Manhattan Active WMS Warehouse solutions towards the affiliates Key Users (2nd & 3rd Line support)
• Documentation of Requirements, SOP documents
• Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario’s
• Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. URS, process flows, functional specifications, technical design, application configuration, test scenarios, Support document etc.) according to internal procedures.
• Learn the Legacy WMS application (PKMS) and support till all the sites moved from Legacy WMS to new Manhattan Active WMS.
• Coordinates problem solution with multiple external Vendors for TMS, Packing & Conveyor system.
