About The Role
As a CBRE Tenant Services Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the property management team, acting as a strategic support partner to the Property Manager and General Manager. This position oversees tenant services operations while providing direct administrative, operational, and financial support to ensure the efficient performance of the asset.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary tenant liaison for escalated inquiries, coordinating communication across departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Support the Property Manager and General Manager in daily operational oversight, prioritization of initiatives, and execution of asset-level strategies.
- Assist with managing the Tenant Services team, providing direction, training, scheduling, performance oversight, and professional development.
- Oversee tenant communications, service request trends, and response times to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, rental step-up notices, year‑end adjustments and tenant pre‑bill processes ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with key tenants to maintain strong relationships and proactively identify operational concerns.
- Assist with managing contracts for janitorial, waste removal, landscaping, parking, and related vendors, ensuring service quality, budget adherence, and contract compliance.
- Review and approve vendor invoices and support operating cost management, ensuring accurate coding and timely processing.
- Assist and direct TSM department with accounts receivable coordination, lease administration tracking, and monthly financial reporting.
- Support budget preparation, contract negotiations, and operating cost analysis in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Generate monthly benchmark and operational reports outlining tenant service metrics, departmental performance, and risk areas.
- Manage documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, audits, and departmental meetings.
- Conduct monthly cleaning inspections and ensure deficiencies are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide support to other departments to improve efficiency, workflow coordination, and asset performance.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Strong understanding of commercial property operations, service contracts, and tenant relations.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership with financial coordination, reporting, and operational analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Equal Pay Disclaimer
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Manager, Tenant Services position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Manager, Tenant Services position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
