We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Administrator to support our Heavy Construction and Mining team by providing administration support for the Fort Hills maintenance team, which includes planning and work order support, employee time submittal, oil sample data entry and support for the various needs of the management team. Open and close maintenance work orders based on Planner’s direction.

Input parent /child components. Complete component C/O sheets and file. Record and prepare oil samples for shipment. Develop and maintain work order documentation to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Compile, and input equipment-related information. Maintain records management for all planning-related documentation. Track all site contract labor hired and reconcile at the end of each month for billing. Produce required reports for review.

Maintain manpower and location list and enter on the Company’s intranet. Support Maintenance Superintendent administration needs. What Makes You the One Three years of experience relating to office administration. Related experience in equipment planning.

High School Diploma. Related Office Administration Diploma/Certificate supplemented with specialized training in business administration. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Business letter writing skills and basic report preparation.

Equipment planning training is an asset. Excellent English (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation); detail oriented; superb organizational skills. Able to multitask under tight deadlines; set priorities; use independent judgment. Able to work independently in the absence of supervision and demonstrate initiative.

Polished and professional with strong attention to detail and work efficiently. Must maintain confidentiality; work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
