Work Setting: Wholesalers Responsibilities Tasks: Establish work schedules and procedures Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments Perform routine clerical duties Prepare and submit reports Ensure proper functioning of equipment Maintain work records and logs Organize warehouse and work areas Perform general office duties Resolve work related problems Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies Compile worksheets and specifications of orders Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner Create, investigate, track and complete work orders Prepare and maintain progress and other reports Provide customer service Train workers in duties and policies Arrange training for staff Conduct performance reviews Co-ordinate, assign and review work Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Follow-up on issues with work orders Keep track of shipments Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Personal suitability: Client focus Organized Team player Analytical How to apply By email: Who can apply to this job?.
