Do you want to work at the self-proclaimed grooviest brewpub in Kelowna? Kettle River Brewing is looking to fill one position within our outstanding culinary team. The team is comprised of some of the finest talent in the Okanagan valley. So, what do we do? Make high-quality pub food, from scratch—yes even the fries. Dishes crafted creatively with our beer in mind. Menu changes monthly, inspired by the season, plus daily features. We are passionate about providing exceptional food, drink and hospitality in a fun and casual setting.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and integrity. They are well-rounded in the kitchen with a willingness to learn, professional, and versed in food safety, with a minimum of two years experience in a professional kitchen. A passion for craft beer doesn't hurt either.
Duties Include:
- Line setup/tear-down
- Menu creation/daily fresh sheet
- Kitchen cleanliness
- Filling out prep sheets/order lists

FT 40 hours/week
Compensation: $23-25/hr depending on experience, plus gratuities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
