The Licensed Insurance Representative Assistant provides administrative support to the Contact Centre Staff.

How You Will Create Impact

Responsible for preparing letters, endorsements, liability slips, binders, 3rd party requests and experience letters to our clients by means of LIR request via the Datacapture database and the LIRA queue.
Responsible for the administrative Exdate process working with sales and marketing.
Process the pool of risk alert abeyances.
Responsible for monitoring Internet services and sales email boxes and taking appropriate action.
Handle walk-in clients after 5:00 pm.

To Join Our Team

Good computer and keyboarding skills with a minimum of 35 wpm.
Previous office experience is an asset.

What You Need To Know

This role operates in a call centre environment where a high level of audio and visual concentration is required for extended periods of time.
You will be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment, in the event you are the successful candidate.

Expected hourly range $ $32.15

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
