About the Role
We are a well-established construction company looking for a Licensed Automotive Mechanic to maintain and repair our light truck and service vehicle fleet. This is an in-house role focused on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and reliable repairs, not customer-facing flat-rate work.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair light-duty trucks, pickups, and service vehicles
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and driveline issues
- Complete repairs efficiently to minimize fleet downtime
- Keep clear maintenance and service records
- Coordinate with operations on repair priorities
- Maintain a safe, organized work area
Requirements
- Licensed Automotive Service Technician
- Experience working on light trucks and fleet vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Own basic hand tools
- Reliable, safety-focused work habits
Assets
- Experience in a construction or fleet environment
- Familiarity with diesel light trucks
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Welding or fabrication skills
