Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Saskatoon, SK. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing process, conducting property tours, assisting prospective tenants, and preparing leases. Key tasks include handling lease administration, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants. The Leasing Agent will also contribute to maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet prospective tenants and conduct property tours to showcase available units
Manage lease applications, including data entry and document verification
Utilize Yardi and other property management software to track leasing activity and maintain accurate records
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Process lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork efficiently and accurately
Maintain organized filing systems for tenant records and leasing documents
Assist with marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels
Collaborate with maintenance and office staff to ensure tenant needs are addressed promptly
Conduct follow-up communications to nurture customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Travelling within the city

Qualifications
Experience with leases, lease administration, and residential leasing
Knowledge of property management principles and practices
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in basic computer software and property management tools
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Prior experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or property management is an asset
