Location – Toronto, ON (Onsite)


Job Description

Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow platform development to design, develop, and configure new modules, applications, and integrations with third-party systems.


Strong knowledge in ServiceNow development using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, Java Scripting, Angular JS, Widgets, Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow, Flow Designer, Script Actions.

Collaborate closely with the agile team, contributing to sprint planning and delivering solution features.

Conduct technical assessments, create comprehensive technical documentation, and ensure alignment with out-of-the-box functionality when building custom solutions on ServiceNow.

Collaborate with business partners to capture and review business and functional requirements through user stories, use cases, and process flowcharts.


Evaluate the suitability of ServiceNow components and modules to meet specific requirements.

Develop high-level architectural concepts and deliver rapid prototypes and Proof of Concepts using the ServiceNow platform.

Configure integrations using your experience with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, LDAP servers, and import set.

Transfer knowledge and provide coaching to employees ensuring the effective utilization of ServiceNow.
