Elevate your leadership skills as a Scrum Manager, guiding a dynamic team of Scrum Masters in a hybrid setup. Drive Agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and product delivery.In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Scrum Masters with a focus on Agile best practices. Alternating between in-office and remote work, you’ll oversee effective execution of policies and ensure teams meet their operational needs. Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile Coaches while playing a pivotal role in the Agile transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of Scrum Masters
• Implement Agile practices alongside Product Owners
• Promote continuous learning and team development
• Facilitate metrics reporting for team health
• Support recruiting and onboarding processes
Requirements:
• 3-5 years as Scrum Master; 2+ years in supervisory roles
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification
• Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with SAFe or similar frameworks
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
