Our consulting Client is seeking a Lead Consultant, Broadridge BPS to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, migrating or integrating Broadridge (BPS) for a Wealth Management Organization which will be successful in the organization.

Role: Lead Consultant, Broadridge BPS
Location: Downtown Toronto/Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office)
Duration: 6-month contract (highly extendable)

Overview: Seeking a skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Broadridge (BPS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Broadridge Migrations and a solid background in the wealth management domain. Capital Markets experience is considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical implementation and support for Broadridge (BPS) systems.
  • Manage and execute Broadridge Migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead with in-depth knowledge of Broadridge (BPS).
  • Strong understanding of wealth management domain and Capital Markets (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
