Laboratory Office Assistant
Job Description
HealthGene Corp. (a veterinary diagnostic laboratory) is seeking applicants for an Office Assistant Position. Shift work: one week from 9 am to 5 pm and second week from 12 pm to 8 pm from Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday. Company required three months' probation time for all employees. After three months, the company is offering a benefit package for all employees. Candidates must have university or college degree.
This is a full-time permanent position in the company.
Required experience:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Biological background from university or college.
· Ability to write correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
· High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability and time management.
Main daily responsibility:
· Responsible for office reception area and answering phones.
· Provide customer service to company clients: send test results and sample collection kits, print test certificates etc.
· Answer and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and co-ordinate the flow of information in the company.
· Arrange and co-ordinate pick-ups for company drivers from veterinary clinics and hospitals.
