About the Role:
You are a passionate problem solver, who finds joy in understanding the problem and solving it creatively as part of the team. You take pride in designing elegant technical solutions and have a knack for visual design and utility.
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to help us build functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. If you also have experience in Agile frameworks and popular coding languages (e.g. React, jQuery, JavaScript, .Net), we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs
What you will do:
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Must-have experience:
- You have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline
- You’re strong at software engineering (C#, .Net, JavaScript, Python, Angular/React)
- You are accountable and take ownership of your projects
- You like working in a collaborative environment with smart, fun and interesting people
Skills you will learn:
- Coding in .Net, React, jQuery, Javascript, NodeJS
- Collaborating with a team using tools like JIRA & Azure DevOps
- Building an enterprise scale product suite
