Required Skills and Responsibilities:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.


•Previous experience in a software development environment is a plus.

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.



•Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Facilitation and Support: Assist in the facilitation of daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

•Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules.


•Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing work.

•Team Collaboration

•Promote a collaborative team environment by fostering open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.

•Help the team resolve conflicts and remove impediments to the team progress.


•Encourage and support the team in self-organization Continuous Improvement

•Monitor and report on key Scrum metrics and team performance.

•Identify areas for improvement and support the team in implementing effective changes.

•Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.


•Documentation and Reporting

•Maintain accurate records of sprint activities, team performance, and progress towards goals.

•Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

•Document and share best practices and lessons learned with team.


•Training and Coaching

•Provide guidance and training to team members on Scrum practices and Agile principles.

•Support the onboarding and integration of new team members into the Scrum framework.

•Assist in organizing and facilitating Agile training sessions and workshops.
