How you’ll succeed
- Complex & Independent Judgement – Leverage training and experience to review and assess content. Identifying inconsistencies within the content and across languages within the website.
- Critical Thinker – Exercises independent judgment on matters of significance and provides clear remediation direction.
- May have some ownership of QA process and milestones
Must haves:
- 2-5 years of QA/Editing experience
- Bilingual (French/English) – reading/comprehension most important
- Previous documentation experience
- Accessibility knowledge -AODA/WCAG
- Previous bilingual testing
- Previous banking
- Able to hit the ground running
- Able to work independently
