Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks specializing in framing, including installation, restoration, and construction. This role requires expertise in a range of carpentry techniques and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality carpentry work in residential and commercial settings.
- Rough Framing experience is Key
- Restore existing structures and surfaces to maintain aesthetic and functional integrity.
- Concrete, siding, roofing and interior finishes a plus
- Conduct installations of doors, windows, cabinets, and other fixtures.
- Construction layout and plan reading
Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Knowledge of construction codes
- Plan reading and interpretation
- Ability to perform installations with attention to detail and quality.
- Can do basic material take offs

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
