Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
• Support daily nutrition and meal assistance
• Monitor and report on resident well-being
• Maintain a safe environment for residents
• Document care and assist with resident transportation
Requirements:
• Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or nursing education
• Previous experience in a care facility preferred
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt to residents' changing needs
• Criminal Record and Abuse Registry Checks required
