Position: IT PM
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term
Required Skill:
- 3-5 years working on multiple I.T. initiatives simultaneously.
- Led Data migration initiatives in the past
- Experience leading initiatives of 10MM or similar size
- Experience dealing with vendors
- Some project management skills are required, including change management.
- Duties: Support the Senior Development Manager in day to day planning of initiatives, tracking, status reporting. Can act as delegate to attend meetings and speak to initiatives, risks, issues, and work with product owners to prioritize work.
- Ability to ramp-up or pivot quickly and use project governance levers to build and maintain traction and manage risk/issues/dependencies
- Running hybrid projects with agile experience
- Experience in working with multiple competing priorities and bringing projects back to green
- Able to switch between macro and micro perspective
- Able to roll-up sleeves and get into details
