As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Inventory Management:· Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.· Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.· Implement best practices for efficient and organized inventory management.Stock Replenishment:· Monitor stock levels and initiate reorder processes as needed.· Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.Data Analysis:· Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.· Generate reports to provide insights into inventory performance.Quality Control:· Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the integrity and quality of incoming inventory.· Implement measures to prevent and address issues related to damaged or expired products.Process Improvement:· Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management.· Implement and document changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaboration:· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, logistics, and finance, to streamline inventory.· Communicate effectively to address any inventory-related issues and maintain a smooth workflow.Technology Utilization:· Utilize inventory management software and tools to streamline processes.· Stay updated on advancements in inventory control technology.Requirements:1. Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.2.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.3. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.5. Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and supply chain management.6.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.7. Effective communication and collaboration skills.8.
