Internship: Inside Sales

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist the Sales office with any / all inside sales functions including, but not limited to, quotations, technical / product support, data entry & analysis, order entry, and order management. Assist with inside sales - quotations, data entry & analysis, order entry, and sales support. Assist our quotation department with project / RFQ single line and specification review. Assist our quotation department with assembling quote packages and RFQ file management. Supply our outside sales team with inside sales support, such as fielding technical product inquiries, order entry, and order expedites. Currently enrolled in an accredited Electrical, Mechanical or Power Systems Engineering or business-related Degree or Diploma Co-op program. Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship. Experience in manufacturing electrical power distribution and/or control products. Previous sales or customer service experience is considered an asset. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. Passion for innovation & continuous improvement, and willingness to challenge status quo.
