Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire Personal Lines Account Managers and Commercial Lines Account Managers to support one of our Insurance brokerage Clients. The Account Manager partners with Account Executives to provide efficient and supportive services to clients. This includes reviewing policy changes, reporting and managing claims, and negotiating renewal terms to ensure policies meet all underwriting requirements.
What you'll do:
- Upselling, networking, generating business through relationships and intakes
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options . (Personal property, home, tenants, condos, auto, life) (Commercial property, commercial general liability, commercial auto, specialized commercial policies)
- Compare policies, rates, and terms from multiple insurers to find the best value and protection for clients.
- Explain insurance products, policy conditions, and coverage details in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
- Manage policy administration tasks, including applications, renewals, changes, and documentation.
- Advocate for clients during claims processes, ensuring timely communication and fair resolution.
Must Have's
- Active RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
- 3+ years of Personal or Commercial Lines Insurance experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Attention to detail to decrease the possibility of E&O (Errors and Omissions)
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Familiar with insurance brokerage customer service management data base – Agency Manager
- Onsite 5x each week in one of the GTA offices
This is a commission-eligible role- there will be additional compensation on top of base salary
