Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- A safety-first mind-set and approach.
- Apply insulation with precision, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Skillfully apply fire-retardant products to enhance the safety and durability of spray foam insulation.
- Operate equipment to install blown-in cellulose insulation.
- Measure and cut insulating materials to exact specifications for a perfect fit.
- Carpentry/drywall experience considered an asset.
- Experience using a variety of power tools.
- Install gable vents and attic hatches with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Set up protective barriers like tap and plastic to safeguard work areas before starting.
- Preparation of job sites.
- Ensure clients' homes are clean and tidy before completing each job.
