About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a close-knit team. This role is the primary point of contact for many customers and plays a key role in ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and well communicated.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound customer calls and emails
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and product availability
- Enter and manage sales orders accurately
- Support customers with product questions and alternatives
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations to meet delivery expectations
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales or customer service (distribution or building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with lumber, panels, coatings, or hardware is an asset
