Gig Description


As an Outbound Business Sales Consultant, you are responsible for renewing existing Rogers Small-Medium Business customer cable and Wireless packages. They will consult with customers regarding existing packages, and they create the opportunity to upsell new offers or cross-sell additional business services.

To be successful in this Gig as a Inside Business Sales Consultant Service Provider for Rogers you will need to be proficient in the following:

  • Telephone sales experience is an asset
  • Salesforce experience is an asset but not required

Operating Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST Business Hours may vary due to holidays 

*These times may be revised periodically based on business needs

You must work a minimum of 20 hours each week on all schedules
