Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Educational Assistant to work with elementary students in Chilliwack, BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 6 hours per week.
Rate per hour: $23 to $25
Responsibilities
- Educational Assistant to work with elementary students in Chilliwack, BC, in a home education context. This position is in person for 6 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Candidates need to have good interpersonal, communication and organization skills and work independently.
- The candidate needs to be able to be kind, firm and set reasonable boundaries and stick to them.
- Preferences given to candidates with computer skills (Brightspace or willing to learn), Special Education or Tutoring experience.
- Experience working with children shall be considered an asset.
- EA Certificate or equivalent (Asset)
- Must reside in Chilliwack, BC, Agassiz, BC area or within a one-hour driving distance
Ideal for
College students, youth group leaders, Sunday School Teachers.
