Company Overview
Vision Hollow Metal Limited is a growing manufacturer of commercial steel doors and frames. Our fabrication facility includes brake presses, turret punches, roll formers, automation lines, spot welders, shears, blanking equipment, paint booth systems, and racking and material handling systems.
Summary
We are seeking a strong, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment reliability in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a skilled mechanical troubleshooter who can take ownership in a small team setting.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns across fabrication and automation equipment
- Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, and component replacements
- Execute preventative maintenance programs
- Maintain paint booth and ventilation systems
- Assist with equipment moves, installations, and commissioning
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts inventory
- Operate forklifts and lifts as required
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
- Experience in metal fabrication strongly preferred
- Familiarity with brake presses, roll formers, turret punches, or automated lines
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics
- Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused
433A license not required. Proven hands-on fabrication experience is valued over certifications.
