You have a passion for customer service and thrive in being out in the field, building relationships with Trade Partner Retail Sales Associates (RSAs). You will accomplish this through effective merchandising, educating RSAs on Whirlpool Central and effective placement of POP.Responsibilities: Execute coverage plan within assigned territoryMaintain knowledge of Whirlpool’s products and services and stay up to date on the latest product and service developments.Conduct full floor audits using required technologyComplete POP placement within assigned territoryWeekly Price AuditsEducate and deliver Whirlpool key messagesMaintain Floor Models on selling floor by cleaning, ordering missing parts, promotions listed and correct POP placementAssisted sellingProvide feedback from the field (captured in reporting system)Other responsibilities as requiredQualifications:Post-secondary education, preferredExperience working with major appliances and/or retail selling strongly preferredNatural ability to quickly establish rapport with others and be the “Trusted Expert” on Whirlpool’s Products and ServicesExcellent communication skillsProven ability to multitask and stay organizedAbility to learn new computer applicationsFlexibility to work all shifts as requiredAvailable to travel 40% of rolePossess a reliable automobile for driving, position requires overnight travelMust have a valid driver’s license & vehicleGreat written and verbal communication skills in French & EnglishWe are looking for someone who:Likes being out, in store, talking to people and genuinely enjoys helping othersHas excellent communication skillsEnjoys discovering or learning something newThrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces changeExperience in Retail Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality is an assetDISCLAIMER: Acosta Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
