BeHome Nursing Care is a growing home care company with our head office based in Brantford, Ontario. We provide services across multiple communities and are currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate Home Care Scheduler to join our team.This position is based out of our Brantford office; however, scheduling responsibilities will support clients and staff across various service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate Personal Support Workers and Nursing staff to meet client care needs across multiple regions
- Manage staff availability, call-offs, and shift adjustments
- Update clients and staff promptly regarding schedule changes
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and care staff
- Assist with new intakes and support coordination of new cases
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience in a home care or healthcare setting (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused attitude
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
Working Hours:
- 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
