As the Site Superintendent, you will:
- Plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget
- Supervise the activities of the general labour force, subcontractors and subordinate staff
- Promote a safe work environment and ensuring all employees and trades work in a safe manner, following our Safety program and relevant safety legislation and regulation
- Work closely with Project Management team to meet project targets and milestones
- Update the master project schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager and project stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- University of College Degree in Construction Management, Building Service or equivalent Superintendent - Proven experience in leading two full cycles as Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role
- Sr. Superintendent – Proven experience in leading full cycles as Sr or Site Superintendent on a residential development or a similar role
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hard-working individual
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work individually or in teams as and when required
- Strong work ethics
