Job Description
Head of Supporter Growth (Part home/office, London)
Salary: c. £68k per annum
Contract: Fixed term until November 2026
Overview: UNICEF ensures children are vaccinated, educated, and protected. This role leads a best‑in‑class programme to recruit new supporters across multiple channels and products, including one‑off and regular donations, eCommerce customers, campaigning actions, and legacy gifts. You will develop strategies to grow income through multi‑channel campaigns that engage and inspire supporters.
Responsibilities: As a values‑based leader, you will inspire teams to achieve strategic objectives, develop and implement successful marketing strategies, manage finances, plan strategically, and monitor and report on KPIs. You will build and lead cross‑functional teams to design and deliver campaigns, analyse performance, and optimise supporter acquisition.
