We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to spearhead our efforts in building and fortifying relationships with major customers across Canada. This leadership position will oversee a team of 5 direct reports responsible for driving sales and market share for our flagship brands. Reporting to this role is crucial in developing agreements and collaborating with our distribution partner at Pepsi to support our Foodservice and single-serve businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue and market share for Tropicana, Tropics, Starbucks, Pure Leaf, Naked, and Kevita brands.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by effectively managing key accounts, channels, and distribution partners.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including PepsiCo Canada and foodservice customers, to maximize business opportunities and enhance TBG’s market position.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments to expand TBG’s market presence and drive sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to proactively identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team, driving efficiency, productivity, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging sales techniques, and technology advancements to drive innovation and stay ahead of market trends


  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of brands and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in negotiating and developing agreements with major customers.
  • Familiarity with the foodservice and single-serve business segments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Must be located in Greater Toronto Area, Ontario
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles within the beverage industry.
    • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required. The Canada team is typically onsite every Tuesday-Thursday.
