This position demands a strategic thinker who can connect with our audience, effectively develop, and execute content strategies, and drive brand awareness through valuable social media engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in evolving our brand, requiring continuous learning and adaptation to digital trends to optimize our online presence.


  • Craft engaging, concise, and impactful social media posts to captivate and provide value our audience.
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising and social media strategies.
  • Strategies, organize, shoot, and adjust content creation to engage correct audience avatar.
  • Exhibit creativity in generating catchy captions and hashtags, maintaining a strong brand voice across platforms.
  • Forge and sustain partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify our brand reach.
  • Create long form, short form, podcasts, interviews, and build relationships with industry professionals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, expanding our social media presence and contributing to strategic discussions with senior management.
  • Monitor trending topics, adjusting strategies to maximize traffic and engagement.
  • Research, refine, and build a solid understanding of our product and needs for our customers.
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency while adapting to the nuances of different social media platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to create holistic campaigns addressing all customer journey stages.
  • Inform and guide cross-functional teams on content strategies that bolster brand awareness and drive sales, emphasizing creative excellence and best practices across all channels.


  • Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • 5+ years experience in social media and content creation
  • General “good taste,” including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative, witty style of communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including optimization techniques and unique marketing capabilities.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft messages tailored to specific audiences and marketing objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media for relationship building and community engagement.
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to introducing new ideas and strategies.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
