Job Description
We are a Canada-based AI studio building eight production products across various sectors, including SaaS, immigration technology, municipal software, web auditing, quantitative finance, and consumer AI. All our products are live, and we are seeking one exceptional operator to manage go-to-market strategies and operations across our entire portfolio.Your Responsibilities:
Conduct cold outreach through email sequences, cold calling, LinkedIn, Reddit, and community channels.
Manage email infrastructure, including domain setup, warm-up, deliverability, and sequence management.
Perform prospect research and list-building using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Maps.
Recruit partners and channels across multiple industries.
Create content such as case studies, social media posts, and audit reports.
Handle operational tasks, including accelerator applications, CRM management, and research within Notion.
You Are:
Highly resourceful and capable of solving problems independently before escalating them.
A strong written and verbal communicator in English.
Comfortable taking ownership of outreach and operations, with no task being beneath you.
Able to switch contexts across multiple products without compromising quality.
A sharp, fast learner who excels in ambiguous situations.
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, or Smartlead.
Previous experience in a startup or agency environment.
This is an equity-first, founding-team role. We offer 1–2% equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff) + profit-sharing across all ventures. A small monthly stipend (₹5,000–₹10,000) is available, but the real upside is ownership. You're joining as a co-builder, not an employee.
