Overview
GSP North America is pleased to announce the hiring of Jody Powell as Senior Human Resource Manager, reinforcing the company’s focus on strong leadership, culture, and people-first execution as it continues to grow across North America.
Jody brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across Human Resources, talent strategy, culture and engagement, learning and development, compensation, and internal communications. He has built and led HR teams in complex, fast-paced environments, with a reputation for aligning people strategy closely with business priorities while maintaining a practical, grounded approach.
Prior to joining GSP North America, Jody held senior HR roles where he led initiatives spanning talent acquisition, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, and leadership development. His earlier background in marketing and business development gives him a unique ability to connect people, operations, and brand in a way that supports both employees and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- More than 25 years of leadership experience across Human Resources, talent strategy, culture and engagement, learning and development, compensation, and internal communications.
- Experience building and leading HR teams in complex, fast-paced environments with a demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business priorities.
- Background in marketing and business development that supports connecting people, operations, and brand to achieve organizational goals.
