Integrity, accountability, and expertise are the pillars of our success.Looking for:3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud or related contact center technologiesStrong understanding of Genesys Cloud platform, including architecture, features, and capabilitiesProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or JavaScriptExperience developing custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKsKnowledge of modern contact center technologies and best practicesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience working in or with Agile delivery teamsNice to have: Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker), experience with other contact center platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Twilio), proficiency with real-time and historical reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)What You’ll Be Doing:Design and implement data integrations linking Genesys Cloud with diverse systems.Provide support for client deployments and configurations of Genesys Cloud solutions.Collaborate on crafting custom integrations utilizing Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs to augment system functionality.Develop fundamental programming competencies encompassing both structured and object-oriented approaches, utilizing high-level languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript.Contribute to the creation and integration of intelligent chatbots and virtual agents using Google Dialogflow/Lex, ensuring seamless alignment with the Genesys Cloud platform.Gain practical experience with AWS Lambda, Azure GitHub, Amazon S3, as well as Tomcat and Apache web servers.Demonstrate a proactive stance in identifying basic issues, considering performance factors, and identifying potential enhancements within systems.Apply systematic problem-solving techniques, promoting effective communication, ownership, and initiative.Acquire skills in code debugging and optimization, with an introduction to automating routine tasks.Participate in the initial phases of the service life cycle, aiding in inception, design, and contributing to ongoing enhancements.Commence monitoring and assessing service health, covering aspects such as availability, latency, and overall system performance.Adhere to foundational incident response protocols and engage in collaborative post-mortems to facilitate continuous improvement.
