Job Description
Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations.<br> <br>We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. <br><br>You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:<ul><li>Door slab installation.</li><li>Ceramic tile installation.</li><li>Finish Plumbing.</li><li>Kitchen and countertop installation.</li><li>Framing.</li><li>Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)</li></ul><br><em>***All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.***</em><br>
This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).<br><br>
Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.<ul><li>$25-$35/hr.</li><li>Mon-Friday.</li><li>8-10 hour shifts.</li></ul>
