**General Labourer**

**What Youu2019ll Do**
Pull and stage materials from the warehouse to keep production running smoothly.
Operate equipmentu2014including overhead cranes, benders, shears, schnell benders, and flip barsu2014with accuracy and care.
Load trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily shipping needs.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards to maintain a secure work environment.
Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
Wear required PPE and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Work closely with supervisors, machine operators, quality teams, and other shop personnel to stay aligned on priorities.
Support positive labor relations by following company policies and agreements.
**What You Bring**
Ability to read a tape measure confidently.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or heavy industrial settings.
Comfortable using power tools and handling physical tasks throughout the day.
Able to lift and move 50 lbs repeatedly.
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
First Aid Level 1 certification.
Mechanical aptitude.
Clear communication skillsu2014both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Initiative and a strong sense of ownership over your work.

**Work Environment**
Youu2019ll join a team of 8 on the morning shift and 6 on the night shift in a shop environment that changes with the seasonsu2014cold in winter, hot in summer. Safety-toe boots are required, and while youu2019ll bring your own outdoor layers, all other PPE is provided.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
