The Job!
As a Fund Reporting Production Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing comments on MDFP or MRFP sections and ensuring consistency with brand standards. You will also manage the following tasks:
- Facilitating the end-to-end shareholder reporting process for North American products
- Managing production planning, timelines, and tracking
- Administering software and upload content and data from internal teams to financial reporting system
- Owning non-financial pages of reports and handle comment resolution
- Serving as communications specialist, managing projects for Semi-Annual and Annual Reports to Shareholders
- Producing non-financial pages of shareholder reports
- Approving Investment Advisory Agreements and coordinating data gathering
- Overseeing layout and production of fund projects
- Collaborating with internal and external partners for timely completion
- Assisting with pre-planning activities and tracking production process
- Administering ArcReporting activities and coordinate with Print Fulfillment Team
What you bring to the job
You are someone who is great at managing client relationships and has high levels of professionalism. You also come with:
- 3-5 years of production management experience in mutual fund industry
- Marketing materials design and brand knowledge preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Windows programs, Adobe Acrobat, and software skills
