Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of customer-facing banking features end-to-end
- Build Spring Boot services and Angular UIs with secure auth, enforce unit integration testing and static code quality.
- Optimize DB interactions, caching and API contracts.
- Manage sprint commitments, risks and dependencies, ensure compliance with security.
- Regulatory controls, enable observability (logs, metrics and traces) and SRE handoffs.
- Coach developers and drive continuous improvement.
