We care about the change we create just as much as we care about each other.The Role The successful candidate for the Application Developer – Level III position will play a pivotal role in our development team’s success. You will lead and inspire a group of talented developers, guiding them in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your primary mission is to foster a collaborative and efficient development environment, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality. As a Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting the technical direction, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in our development processes.Our Stack Our products use Angular for the front end.Our back end is a microservices based API system built on the newest .NET Framework 6+ and follows industry standard RESTful API design principles.
As major version updates are introduced in .NET, we update our services regularly.We make heavy use of serverless cloud architecture. We utilize Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Active DirectoryOur data store is Microsoft’s NoSQL database – Azure CosmosDBWe are not married to any technology – we develop based on the right tools for the given job, and our deep technical expertise.What You’ll DoBuild end-to-end software products and features for new and existing products in the staffing and recruitment industry.Develop scalable systems with performance and security in mind.Build/maintain Azure DevOps pipelines.Perform code promotion for each sprint and improve the process.Ensure that the team is following the best practices through code reviews and best architectural decisions.Identify problem areas in code and suggest solutions on how to tackle.Collaborate closely with team members in an agile environment, mentoring new and existing team members.Business-driven, working directly with the product team on feature discovery and product definitions. Ensuring that we have the best information to build the right products.Research, learn and adhere to industry best practices for coding and Software Development Practices.Driven by innovation and creativity.What You’ll Bring 5-7 years of experience with large consumer facing web application development in Full Stack capability (front-end and back-end).University Degree in Computer Science or relevant areas or relevant work experience.Expertise with both front-end (Angular, HTML, CSS, etc.) and back-end (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, etc.).Promote innovation and extensive ideas and the drive to see them implemented.Business driven working directly with product team on discovering and build the right solutions.Experience with large Enterprise applications and distributed systems.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving and optimization skills.Strong understanding of programming languages and software development fundamentalsExperience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Experience with CI/DC pipelines and promotions.Contribute to coding standards, development processes, and other best practices.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.What’s In It for You Work-life balance: we empower our employees to build a responsible work-life style that reflects the needs of their unique life situations and still enables them to achieve maximum productivity.Agile environment: we work in a highly agile environment, where you will be working in scrum teams to deliver complex product offerings.Growth: you will have the ability to learn and evolve at the speed of technology.
