About the Role
As the Fulfillment Specialist at EHPlabs, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s success by overseeing the seamless fulfillment of orders from our global 3PL network to delivery across all channels – including direct-to-consumer, retail, and wholesale – serving both the Canadian and United Kingdom markets.
Your primary responsibilities include efficiently managing day-to-day order flows from our 3PLs, promptly addressing internal order and project requests, and fostering transparency through KPI and Inventory reporting. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll work cross-functionally and report directly to the US-based Fulfillment and Inventory Manager. You’ll collaborate closely with our global team in the US, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, ensuring alignment and execution of our fulfillment and logistics objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily order fulfillment, including but not limited to order management, transport bookings, delivery appointments, and inbound shipments.
- Manage timely and error-free order flows, processing, sales order queues, action Back Order Report, action internal order/sample requests.
- Analyze and audit the day-to-day operations of our 3PL warehouses in accordance with our performance KPIs, such as but not limited to, lead times, error rates, and customer satisfaction rates and performing regular quality checks.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound orders with carriers independently
- Work alongside service providers to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations.
- Provide clear reporting to support company and department goals, as well as perform root cause analysis where necessary.
- Communicate regularly with the Customer Experience, Sales, and Marketing teams to resolve any order fulfillment issues.
- Partner with Operations and our 3PL(s) to investigate and resolve any inventory issues.
- Support the Fulfillment and Inventory Specialist on special projects and other needs as required to support and grow EHPLabs operations.
About You
- You bring 5+ years of experience in working with 3PLs or in a warehousing environment, with a preference for FMCG experience.
- You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You exhibit strong attention to detail and thrive within a team environment.
- You are a fast learner, adapting quickly to new information and processes.
- You excel in fast-paced environments, managing tasks efficiently and effectively, and providing updates to management in a timely manner
- You possess exceptional organizational skills, keeping projects and priorities on track.
- You have strong problem-solving skills, effectively tackling challenges as they arise.
- You have 5+ years of experience with TMS and ERPs, with experience in NetSuite being a major plus.
- You are able to work independently to confidently manage your region, being transparent when you need support.
You are ideally situated in Ontario or within an hour’s commute of Toronto, as our warehouse is located in this area, and occasional travel to it may be required.
